The first MyFoxMilwaukee.com Blog-A-Palooza was a success. Great company, great coffee and a great opportunity to bring new bloggers into our online community.

I want to thank everyone who took the time to drive to Milwaukee's lakefront and share a little bit of themselves with all the bloggers out there. And for all of you who logged on to check out the live stream, blog to those of us at the cafe and registered for the first time -- a huge kudos. You are what keeps this engine running -- and we want to take every opportunity to get to know you better.

By the way, I want to throw out a huge thank you to the people at Alterra Coffee. They were tremendously helpful in getting Blog-A-Palooza off the ground -- and were extremely gracious in offering up some coffee to give away to our bloggers. If you enjoyed yourself tonight, make sure you let them know.

Lastly, we're hoping this won't be the last Blog-A-Palooza for MyFoxMilwaukee.com. In fact, one of the bloggers suggested we call a summer version "Blog-A-Que" -- get it? Who knows what we'll have up our sleeves. We'll start gearing up now for another gathering of some kind possibly in April.

In the meantime, blog away, welcome new bloggers in by reading their posts and encourage anyone you know to jump in and blog away. Thanks for all your support and friendship.
